SD SERIES SOWING COMPLEX (3 M)

S- series with disc coulter seeding are designed for traditional row sowing of grain, leguminous and small-seeded crops with simultaneous application of granular mineral fertilizers in rows on pre-treated soil.

The working sowing body is a two-disc coulter with an individual prikatyvayushchy wheel. Rolling the soil in rows creates favorable conditions for earlier and more friendly seed germination and contributes to the death of weeds in uncompacted row spacing.

The width of the seeding complex is 12.6 m

The main distinguishing feature of the FEATAGRO SD series sowing complex is its compact dimensions in the transport position (width 3 meters, length 9 meters), which is achieved due to the special design of the hopper frame and the sowing part.

The SD series seeding complexes are standardized to meet European transport standards, which solves the problem of transporting such large vehicles on general roads.

• Reinforced frame, rigid in all directions of traction application;
• The frame structure uses thick-walled profile pipes made of 09G2S steel, which is characterized by excellent weldability and increased strength;
• The rigid, yet light working part (frame with working elements) allows you to reduce the tractor's traction forces.;​
• Modern exclusive technologies such as HDTV surface hardening, electric spark alloying, etc. are used in the production of the frame and working elements of the complex.;
• Easy-to-maintain seed dispensers are installed on the frame of the sowing complex, which distribute the seed material with high accuracy.
• Disk coulters with a guaranteed operating time for the bearing group of at least 200 ha per coulter;

• ​The hitching scheme of disk coulters allows you to individually change the force of cutting disks and rolling a seeded row, as well as each disk block and all blocks simultaneously.

• Individual rolling wheels with bearings of the FKL brand (Serbia), which do not require maintenance, serve as an ideal mechanism for closing the seedbed.

• The disc coulter group has not only individual mechanical spring adjustment, but also adjustment by hydraulic cylinders. With the help of these adjustments, it is possible to create pressure on the disc coulter up to 82 kg, which allows you to work on different types of soil in different agroclimatic conditions, while maintaining the specified seed depth.;
• Each disc coulter and prikatyvayushchy wheel have individual chistiki that excludes their clogging;
• The seed stacker (optional) distributes the seed material at the bottom of the seedbed before passing the rolling wheel, which allows you to exclude the spread of seeds from the furrow;
• Row spacing rippers (optional) remove afterglow from passing through the disc coulters, creating an even coating over the seeds;
• Agricultural bearings with a special triple seal FKL (Serbia)are installed on all units operating in extreme conditions
• Dirt collector (cleaner) on the cover of the disc coulter prevents clogging of the disc coulter with soil and plant residues
• Semi-pneumatic rollers with individual cleaning - guarantee of self-cleaning on high humidity soil
• Sowing complexes of the S series are equipped with sledorykhlitel which are located on a frame of a seeder, it allows to remove traces from tractor wheels and to guarantee uniformity of sowing by a disk coulter
• The depth of laying seed material is regulated by moving the locking lever of the individual rolling wheel.
• The seed complex bunker is a high-tech unit;
• The 8 m3 hopper is divided into two parts in a 40/60 percentage ratio, which allows you to separate the loading of seeds and dry granular fertilizers;
• In order to ensure safe operation of the seed hopper, ladders and fences are installed, as well as a special anti-slip coating on the surface of the hopper;
• For fast loading of seed material, a screw loader with LED lighting is installed, which allows loading in the dark, which allows you to operate the sowing complex in two shifts;
• The six-channel distribution of seed flow ensures accurate dosing across the entire coulter group and minimal injury to seed material.;
• Modern composite materials and stainless steel are used in the design of the dispenser, which makes it reliable and durable, even when working with mineral fertilizers;
• The kinematic scheme for driving dispensers through a variator has a wide range of variations in the speed of rotation of the metering coils, which allows you to set seeding rates from 2.5 to 400 kg / ha.
• The set includes 2 types of seeding reels – standard for seeding grain and leguminous crops; and small-seeded-for seeding small-seeded crops such as rapeseed, ginger, alfalfa and others;
• The CVT shaft is equipped with a bursting coupling to prevent breakage in the event of clogging of the dispenser coils.
