Combined Tillage Complex with the introduction of soil herbicides and fertilizers based on the cultivators of LDG series
Liquid fertilizers application systems based on cultivators of the PK series are multifunctional trailed complexes, the main tasks of which include cutting weeds and loosening the soil, combing out cut weeds, creating a mulching layer, leveling and rolling the field surface, as well as applying liquid mineral fertilizers to a depth of up to 12 cm when working with a flat cutter share and to a depth of 18 cm when working with a chisel. The fertilizer application rate is adjustable up to 400 l/ha.
The cost of the unit includes a cultivator of the PK series, a 2.5m3 container for liquid fertilizers with an application system. At the customer’s request, the plant provides optional equipment for the machine with a rear or front mounted trailed container with the capacity of up to 10m3. Optionally, the installation of a system for applying liquid fertilizers to seeding complexes of the Feat series or other agricultural machines of the FeatAgro trademark is provided.
Sound “PRO” Arguments for the PK Series Cultivator-Based Systems for Liquid Fertilizer Application:
- Wide range of products, with working widths of 5.7; 7.2; 8.5; 9.9; 10.8; 12.0 meters, which allow you to optimally load the entire line of tractors used in agricultural production.
- PK cultivators are used in all agro-climatic zones, including those prone to wind and water erosion, on all types of soils, except for stony ones. The cultivator is efficiently used for the main and pre-sowing cultivation in the system of minimum tillage.

- The original design of the cultivator tine, which provides an all-welded frame with at least 100mm wide solid bearing beams with a pitch between the tines of 232 mm, which makes the frame more rigid and quite light.
- Installation of a transport frame made it possible to place cultivator racks in six rows, which excluded clogging of the cultivator with plant and crop residues.
- The extended base of the cultivator increases the accuracy of the working depth and improves the quality of the field surface leveling.
- The use of hydraulic cylinders in series reduces the load on the frames and tools of the cultivator and simplifies the technological adjustment of the cultivator, which improves the quality of soil cultivation and increases the service life of the units and the cultivator as a whole.
- Ability to operate the cultivator with or without rollers, with and without a three-row spring harrow, in three adjustment options.
- Universal base of the PK series cultivators with KPK series seeding complexes allows to retrofit cultivators into seeding complexes both with seeding to blade and to disc coulter.
- The safety margin in terms of carrying capacity allows the installation of the LFA liquid fertilizer application system on the cultivator; any cultivator model has connecting elements that enable the installation of this system.
- All parts of the unit, with the exception of bearings, hydraulic cylinders, and tires, are manufactured at our plant, which greatly simplifies the warranty and post-warranty maintenance of equipment.

- The manufacturer has provided (optional) installation of its own liquid fertilizers application system in the factory. The compressor is driven by a hydraulic motor. The application of liquid fertilizers by this complex is carried out in one operation without the involvement of other agricultural units.
Combined tillage unit with simultaneous application of soil herbicides and their incorporation is intended for loosening dense soil of different composition, crushing post-harvest residues of long-stem crops, pruning weeds and other vegetation on uncultivated fields after harvesting the main agricultural crops, followed by the application of herbicides for chemical protection of various plants. It is suitable for operation at soil moisture of 12-25% and can be used for steaming, cutting layers and crushing lumps after plowing.
